WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ON THIS WEBSITE?
User-Provided Information:
We collect Personal Information from users of our website, for example, through such users’ activities, transactions and completion of online forms on our website. Such information is collected, for example, when users register or subscribe for accounts or features which may be on our website (such as newsletters), submit a comment or question to us using a “contact us” or similar feature on our website, send us an e-mail, or in any other way submit Personal Information to us via our website.

Charitable Contributions:
For information about making a charitable contribution to the Honoring the Future project, click on this link. Honoring the Future is fiscally sponsored by the OSI. A fiscal sponsor is a legally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit which provides legal and financial oversight of a project and receives and manages tax-deductible contributions for the project. As fiscal sponsor, OSI will mail donors written acknowledgement of gifts of $250 or more for tax reporting purposes. OSI may publish such information in an Annual Report, which lists the names of donors and the dollar amount range of their respective contributions. The Annual Report in electronic form may be available for viewing on the OSI website. The OSI Privacy Policy explains how OSI treats information obtained through the OSI website.
